The Artist
Georgie Weedon
Georgie Weedon is a British contemporary artist known for vibrant, joy-filled paintings.
Her work is inspired by the things she loves: music, the sea, still life and a sense of the "aliveness" of things. She works mostly in acrylic, charcoal and canvas from her studio gallery in Ramsbury, Wiltshire.
"I try to capture the aliveness of things, the beauty, with pre-emptive rose tinted glasses."
